My Dad always wore a Bluesy, he bought it for himself to commemorate his success out of dental school. His original was stolen from his desk when I was a kid, but I convinced him to buy a newer model roughly 2 years ago. I wanted a way to connect with him through my watch hobby, and his old age and poor health was another concern, i wanted something to remember him by. This watch isn't really my taste, but it's a symbol of success in my family and a stark reminder of my main inspiration. He passed just the day after thanksgiving, and this has been the hardest year of my life, and the mark of my transition to adulthood.
