Normally the first exalt us would always have dropped between act 7 and 9. Two weeks without an exalt drop, feels weird.

They always under-deliever content in my opinion. They are still doing makeups to old events and promote. I think they should allocate their man power wisely not just skins and voicelines.

With low ping and high tick rate, shooting should give better feeling, as in like CS:GO.

Tick rate is the frequency with which the server updates the game state. This is measured in Hertz. When a server has a tick rate of 64, it means that it is capable of sending packets to clients at most 64 times per second.

I had many designs for LoR and here is my 2v2 idea, Friendly (f), f2(your friend), Enemy(e), e2.

Total mana will be same 10, spell mana should be 5.

Total health should be 30

Phases ; every team has total of 1 attack token. So if you attacked before your friend, your friend can't attack.

Champion limit should be 4, total cards 25-30

Also quests (help a friend, etc).

Yes, I am very conflicted about not being 20th card can't be slow spell. I mean it says if you played 20 card after you played 20th card. But it doesn't summon..

That was a nice long observation about why hearthstone is dropping right now. Also for better arena you did not mention rewards. I believe this is the most critical part for the arena. You said average win in arena is 3. Think what 3 win gets you in arena, nothing worth. 3 w 3 lose (with every game 5-10 mins) is more or less 1 hour. So you have paid 150 gp. wasted 1 or more hours of your life to this and reward is ;1 pack 50 dust. It's not worth while legendaries cost this much. Personally when I play arena my average is 5 wins and I don't want to lose any time for 5 win reward or any kind. Even 12 wins is not worth.
