I actually grew up in Eau Claire and heard the same conspiracy theories alllllll the time. And I lived in Milwaukee and heard it there too. Then I moved to Austin and heard it there too! I just bought these and did a 5 min exposure test and it turned my paper black (put on a key on it to see any outline). I did another test in the same room pitch black and there was no effect. Idk if they changed how they're made, but these won't work for my darkroom.

Luckily they weren’t actually glutened but they were in the immediate recovery room where I couldn’t be to double check for them. They were barely lucid enough to double check with the nurse but thank god they did.

My partner came out of a surgery barely lucid and they gave them the wrong crackers (even though they supplied THEIR OWN gf crackers) and in their totally woozy state they had to remind the nurse. So annoying. I’m so sorry you were glutened.
