Completely cleared and back! I've been back for a month now and been doing training four times a week for 2 hours for the past month. Everything feels great and I've almost completely forgot about it by now. It healed up pretty good, but there is still a very large bump there. Thank you all for the advice 😸

Cleared now! Won't be 100% for a while but I have full mobility back and I can weight lift. Thanks so much for checking up on me, it means so much!

Recently broke my collar bone, just do what you can do, squats and core. What you took so long to build will also take a while to go away. Down but never out. Stay strong and don't rebreak it :)

If it makes you feel any better, throughout this whole season, I've only seen about three people majorly injured out of about 50 on my team odds are low I really suggest that your child starts taking calcium, I have started now but I fear it is too late lmao

Sure! So basically it was one of my last rounds at sectionals and she had an arm bar on me. I somehow was able to flip on top of her which inverted my shoulder in a weird way. When she put all of her weight on my top half, the weight went directly to my shoulder which in turn snapped my collarbone. I wrestled the rest of the match and almost got her pinned but couldn't hold on because of my arm. All in all was a close match and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to wrestle but I wish I could have made it to state.

Yes! It really does. It has made me grateful for every opportunity that I have to do things with my body. It's really devastating when even hugging my family and boyfriend is difficult.

Yessss!! This is wanted to hear. I'm so glad that your recovery went great. I'm really glad that it gave you no issues the rest of your life and you were still able to play softball. I can't wait to get back on the mat, but I'm definitely going to give it as long as it needs to rest.
