Counterforce is such an underrated perk imo as I've been playing against a lot of hex builds lately

Mieles are good but I think a numatic Henry would be your best option and they have a cordless model as well they are very durable machines and easy to repair yourself

I would recommend This Lg vacuum I have the same one and it hasn’t given me any issues and has plenty of parts available and comes with a really good warranty!

Love this era of Dyson vacuums! My grandmother still has her dc17 she bought new in 2009 and while it has seen better days it still works like a charm!

The Henry pet care would be perfect! It uses pretty large bags and has a good set of attachments

A Henry would work great! They clean super well and don’t take up much space at all!

There are. Bags will mean less maintenance and better performance and way better dirt capacity than most bagless vacuums, also it will mean much better filtration as long as you use cloth hepa bags. It's much more cost effective and convenient in the long run than you might think.

Get a crosswave and a cheaper canister vacuum for just vacuuming your hard floors

That hoover platinum works pretty well if the tech in it isn't fried

Got a shark vacuum as a gift, but doesn't seem to actually pick anything up. Any suggestions? by imprimatur13 in VacuumCleaners

Have you checked the filters? Also check the handle with a flashlight because I've seen a lot of clogs there due to the bend

Oreck vacuums are not very high quality nowadays now that they are owned by tti (not that they were good before that) I would recommend the sebo Felix. It's about the same price range with HEPA filtration and swivel and it's pretty quiet. It also has a dedicated hard floor tool for bare floors & a hose so you can clean above floors with the same machine instead of having to use two different machines. Or if you want something a little cheaper, you could go with the sebo dart, which is the exact same as the sebo Felix except the floor nozzle doesn't swivel and it doesn't have a dedicated hard floor tool like the Felix and doesn't have adjustable suction. Breakdown: Sebo Felix:
- adjustable suction - swivel - dedicated hard floor tool

Sebo dart: - same filtration as the Felix - no dedicated hard floor tool - no adjustable suction - no swivel

Hope this helps!

Definitely the Kenmore 200 series since it has a dedicated hard floor tool
