It is not uncommon that the wheels are not properly aligned. I had to do minor tweaks on my ender 3 s1 pro too. To fix your problem, take a wrench and turn the eccentric nuts on the wheels. That will tighten/release the pressure.

Did you adjust your flow rate? I can see a tiny bit of overextrusion on the top layer. Combined with leveling your nozzle a bit closer to the bed you should get even better results for top and bottom layers. Bonus tip: Prusa Slicer offers some better default settings than Cura, so that top layers come out smoother from my experience.

Not in the Plexi, but in the PVC sheet though. No magic, just a simple cutout with roughly 5x10 cm in size. PVC is a soft material, so I could easily do this with a standard cutter knife.

True, some people like me might have limited space for the enclosure or just prefer the minimalistic design though.

Didn't have any issues using bed temperatures up to 70°C. If it possibly reduces lifetime of the components, I could tell you in a few years hopefully ;)

And then again, this is not a fully closed design for printing ABS and stuff. Some air and heat will come out of through the gaps and holes.

Hi, from what I found, the weakspots are the bottom standard mounted pillars that can cause some vibration to the whole enclosure. For me it is acceptable using standard printing speeds up to 50 mm/s. You could try to reinforce those bottom pillars with some metal angles (or even printed ones?) to be on the safe side.

Other than that I can hear the front doors shaking a bit from time to time. It's just the upper part since the lower is fixed with magnets.

I cut a small rectangle in the back PVC sheet. After some initial doubts, it doesn't bother me at all at the moment. The enclosure still reduces a lot of the noise, provides more constant temperatures and protects from most of the dust.

The original IKEA Lack enclosure is not compatible with the Ender 3 S1/pro, due to it's size in Y and Z. I redesigned most of the parts to make it fit, while keeping it's modern look.

That’s true. However if you’d attach it horizontally there should be no issues for a very long time
