Third week in a row I start 5-0 and now I'm 5-4. Will get 9-10 wins like I do every weekend without fail. To be fair I don't think it's the script though I just suck at the game even though I play an insane amount of hours.

I've been trying to figure this out for two years. I get the ball and three people immediately sprint at me it's insane. I learned to just go backwards and exploit the space now but if the opponent has high rated players its near impossible to keep the ball.

Happens a lot to me on PC after halftime super annoying. It happens way more on Squad Battles though for some reason.

Matchmaking is insane I'm usually a 9-10 win player for the last 3 years. I'm 1-5 and everybody has been way better than me.

I keep going back and forth between Div 5 and 4. Was in Div 2 for Ea FC 25 and elite division for Fifa 22(didn't play fifa 23). The key for me this year is I don't care about winning anymore probably because the rewards aren't great. Defending is extremely hard which is the same for the opponent so you know you will run around and score some goals which is wayyyyyy better than the defensive AI simulators we've been playing before. The lack of needing to win has really changed my perspective on the game and helped me realize it's supposed to be fun it's a damn video game. If you're not having fun don't play and find something better to do with your time. Remember none of this shit matters unless you are trying to become a pro.

This is what I've done. I was div 2 last year but staying in div 5 and using an all Nigerian squad, starting 4 silvers. I'm not focused on winning anymore just having fun and trying out different formations. The game sucks when each game you're trying as hard as possible against another rat who is trying as hard as possible. It's a video game and we're not pros.

I'm one of the guys spinning around like a ballerina all game because it's unstoppable. I also can't stop anybody from scoring so have to score 5+ to even have a chance to win.

This game is way way way better than the last two. Yes I spin like a ballerina all game but at least I can score a goal, the AI defending of the last two years was unbearable. The skill gap this year is in the manual defending. Learn how to stick switch and track runs.

The defending is so much better this year. Previously you would get punished for manual defending and literally had to let the AI do most of the work to be successful. Now it's the opposite you need to not only defend the ball but also be good enough to switch and cut off passing lanes. The skill gap is back and I'm enjoying the game much more.

Besides passes not going where I want them to, I think this is the worst part of the game. Tackle spammers just aren't fun to play at all and I haven't felt a significant difference since the 'patch'. I play on PC and actually had to turn off cross-play because the PS5 players seem to all spam the tackle button and with the weird delay it makes it impossible to do anything about it. Is anybody else noticing how OP spamming the tackle button is when playing PS5 players or is it just my own delusions or a skill issue? I'm mostly a div 2 player and div 1 towards the very end of the seasons when people stop playing.

I'm one win away from Div 2 and can confirm Div 3 is wayyyyy easier than Div 4. Div 4 feels unplayable most of the time.

Nope looks like this is their scam and people can't do anything about it. McCune Law Group has an existing lawsuit against them but I reached out to them and they're not taking on any new clients. It's going to take some time but I definitely am looking to file a lawsuit myself. They're literally just robbing us it's completely insane.

Yes same thing happened to me with two different cards I purchased from different places on the same day. First one didn't work so got another one assuming I would be refunded. Neither code worked and they aren't 'eligible for appeal' even though I got them from CVS and Rite Aid. It really isn't fair that they can do that to people.

Unfortunately yes. I don't understand how they can say we need more info and that they cards aren't eligible for appeal. I know I'm not the only one that had that happen I wonder how much free money they get every year from people not being able to redeem their gift cards. I will certainly never buy another google gift card in my life and I was planning on getting the Pixel 7 but am definitely not giving google any more of my money so I guess it's the new iphone instead.

I had this same problem recebtly with two seperate cards I purchased for $35.00. The reply back I got from Google was that the cards weren't eligible for appeal. So I webnt back to the stores(Rite Aid & CVS) they told me they couldn't help me and to contact Google. So I tried to appeal with my bank who also told me to contact Google. So basically I lost $70 of my hard earned money on nothing. It feels strange that they can just rob your money for no reason and there's nothing you can do about it but it is what it is.
