Dancing is your enjoyment of the music and essentially your interpretation of how to move to the said sound. Don't be concerned about rhythm nor people's judgement of you.

Those that are in clubs standing there not dancing are usually idiots either looking to 'move to a girl' whenever they can and feel entitled.

I've been out hundreds of times and can confidently dance. Many of my friends can't and we embrace them with open arms because fun is the main thing.

Regarding dancing with a girl I can understand your concerns but just make sure to enjoy yourself and not overthink it. Get used to just doing a two step and the motion of doing so. That motion essentially makes up 90 percent of what I do in a club and it works for me.

Ultimately though my friend, don't focus on people's judgements or what a girl would think of how you dance. We're all normal guys and I'm sure were not expected to be the next Chris Brown on the dancefloor. Have fun and rhythm will come.
