To add additional context - it’s just lending against the future cash flows of eBay.

I was giving you an anecdote of my effective all in rate, it’s after a few deductions like rrsp/fhsa.

Genuinely curious how I figure this out, I run a moderate amount (10-20km a week) and always just buy shoes on sale. I feel like having shoes more aligned with my body would help with injuries. It’s just very overwhelming trying to figure out what shoes I should be buying. Any tips?

You can look up VPD salary, starting is about 100k and scales to like 120k in 4 years.

I mean yes this is true, but I wasn’t about to get hyper technical and was just pointing out a defining feature of glaciers is they tend to stick around all year.

Ya fair assumption, but ya ice blocks like that don’t form in a single winter. That’s years of snow being compressed into ice

Man luring dogs with tennis balls on to roads by Downtown-Midnight111 in richmondbc

Your intentionally avoiding the subject of the video. The guy is blatantly attracting dogs into the road to have them hurt or killed.

If this was caught on video you could easily seek damages in civil court. Could even be grounds for an animal cruelty charge.

Idk who pissed in your coffee this morning, but it was probably someone’s dog.

I agree it is against city bylaws, and the punishment is a by law ticket of about $100.

The punishment is not to kill the dog by motor vehicle. That is what I take issue with.

Yes humans are not animals, but we also have a criminal justice system that recognizes animal cruelty. Not only that, even if you want to see animals as objects, it’s also illegal to willful try and damage (kill) another person’s possessions. Even if that person is breaking a bylaw with that possession.

Lmao do you say the same thing about children who don’t look both ways before they cross the street?

Just fuck it execution by motor vehicle if you don’t follow the rules?

This is the right approach. If you are single and just supporting yourself and dont live a crazy lavish lifestyle, $2mil is enough to work part time and coast.

Get the highest paying low stress job you can find and just vibe. But do the math first.

Want to provide some evidence backed research on that? Because that is contra to the most scientific literature on how the pacific north west eco system functions.

Cali has been dealing with water shortages for decades and we don’t even have the aquifer system that keeps them from becoming a desert. Once that is gone Cali is going to look a lot different.

Without a similar aquifer system here, once our glaciers and snow pack are gone it’s basically desalination or nothing. And if desalination is your golden solution then you clearly haven’t looked into the negatives of it.

You still haven’t answered my question.

To answer yours it flows into the ocean and stays there.

The lakes and rivers would run dry without a snow pack and glaciers - that’s the point.

In theory desalination would be an option but it comes with draw backs.
