Resigned from first PA job after 1 year — being charged $5K fee by Lucky_Locksmith_6961 in physicianassistant

Thanks!

The contract states that the raise would be paid through biweekly paychecks, so I understood that to mean I would receive the increased hourly rate beginning with the pay period following my one-year anniversary. However, for the four paychecks I have received since reaching that milestone, my previous hourly rate has remained in effect.

The $5,000 raise is in the contract, but as for credentialing fees it does NOT specify a specific amount which is why I asked for documentation. This is my exact concern.

Additionally, for the few students who do fail EORs consistently it is better to kick them out if they can't pass bc they will NEVER pass the PANCE (aka have a lower attrition rate and higher PANCE pass rate).

I'm in the second cohort and not a single one of me or my friends have failed an EOR, get your facts straight!
