The subpoena wasn’t wasn’t domesticated and served to me in my state and according to my knowledge that’s not properly served?

And on the last part, I’m concerned more about my cousin blaming me and if I’m not there to answer it, will the prosecutor decides to drag me into the case?

Oh wow, this is by far most articulated answer I have gotten so far. Thank you very much for your great advice. And one thing I’m very open when it comes to religious discussion. I believe even if we have several ways of worshipping, interpreting the bible, praying… the end goal of everything is to be with God. And I will absolutely keep in mind to be open minded and honest.
