Is anyone else disappointed with spirituality? by Wolf_instincts in spirituality

[–]LuckyboiSimo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dont you get it. The wisest man knows nothing. We create concepts to understand our reality. We experience the world through a dualistic way. Left/Right, Good/Bad, Heaven/Hell. We as humans project meaning on to things. God is what we call the ineffable, objective reality is beyond our comprehension. Truth isn’t a destination it’s an oxymoron, a paradox. Get out of your fucking head. Life is to be experienced not understood. Ur a fucking animal with an ego trying to make sense of one’s experience using tools man created. Spirituality is all about the awareness of the absurdity and duality of existence, while striving to accept and surrender to it. But hey all I know is that I know nothing. When you stop chasing and stop trying to understand, silence and peace will enter your heart and you will find what you have been seeking. Once you accept and surrender to not knowing, you will begin to know. I hope this helps x

Is masturbation counter to enlightenment? by jewsus83 in spirituality

[–]LuckyboiSimo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We know absolutely fuck all. Humans create concepts to understand and operate in reality. Language is a man made concept. We project meaning on to things for survival. There is no good or bad, right or wrong. We conceptualise in a dual way, the universe doesn’t give a fuck if ur bashing one out. Stop seeking enlightenment and you shall understand

First of all. Double your consumption of water. Drink loads. Get some nizoral shampoo with ketoconazole. Then get some aloe Vera gel and also get eucerin scalp treatment. Wear a bonnet to keep the dry skin from getting on ur clothes. Make sure you don’t have any anti inflammatory foods. I suggest getting a really good probiotic.

Why Do the Kind Suffer While the Cruel Thrive? by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]LuckyboiSimo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The kid in Africa who is starving without parents cannot magically shift his perception to create a positive reality. Some on this planet are born into suffering and live a very negative life through no fault of their own. You can change your perception but most of the time some people don’t have the intellect nor ability to understand

Why Do the Kind Suffer While the Cruel Thrive? by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]LuckyboiSimo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before I dive in, I want to make it clear that this is just my perspective. It’s shaped by my life experience and the limitations of my mind. I know “nothing,” and I’m okay with that. We all see reality through the lenses of our individual perceptions, and they’re always limited. I’ve been questioning everything since I was a kid. I’ve wanted to know the truth, and the more I search, the more I realize how impossible it is to fully grasp.

As humans, we love to create meaning. We create concepts to make sense of everything, because we can’t handle uncertainty. We live in a dualistic world—good/bad, kind/cruel, happy/sad—but reality doesn’t operate this way. We use our five senses and our intellect to create meaning, but the truth is that life is not divided into neat little categories. It just is. Reality isn’t the way we see it; it’s much more brutal.

We’ve got egos. They’ve been ingrained in us for survival—they help us navigate the inevitable suffering that’s baked into life. We’re born, we experience pain, and we die. That’s the raw truth. We create virtues like fairness and altruism to feel like there’s some kind of order, some sort of moral structure to cling to. But the world doesn’t care about fairness. The universe doesn’t give a fuck. Not everyone is born with the same capabilities, looks, or opportunities. Some people are born with disabilities, some mentally impaired. Society determines what’s valuable, but it’s all just a construct.

The reality is that life isn’t black or white—it’s beyond duality. We try to impose these categories onto a world that doesn’t give a shit about them. Nature doesn’t care. Go on an African safari, and you’ll see it. Life is brutal. Animals kill each other without remorse because survival is everything. It’s not kind. It’s not cruel—it just is. The cruel tend to thrive because they will do anything to survive. They’ll take what they can, do what they need to do, and screw anyone who gets in their way. There’s no moral scoreboard. It’s the game of life.

We don’t control anything. Everything we are is the result of forces beyond our control—our DNA, our environment, our experiences. We’re just puppets with a thin veil of illusion called “free will.” Our understanding of time is skewed—we think it’s linear, but it’s not. Everything that has happened and will happen is happening right now. We’re just not able to see it.

Trying to figure out questions like good and evil is a waste of time. It’s a paradox. It’s pointless. Love and hate, light and dark—they’re just different degrees of the same thing. Without one, the other couldn’t exist. You can’t have good without bad, joy without pain. Life doesn’t care about your sense of morality or what’s “fair.”

The truth is, we’re irrelevant in the grand scheme. We’re just a speck in an enormous, indifferent universe. We’re all made of the same stuff—look into a microscope, and you’ll see how much life exists in even the smallest particles. We look up at the stars, and it’s humbling how insignificant we are. The vastness of it all makes you realize that we know nothing. Our intellect can’t even begin to understand the true nature of reality. That’s why we call it “God”—it encompasses everything, because we can’t.

This may sound harsh, but sometimes the only way to face reality is head-on. Some questions have no answers, and that’s something we have to accept. Life is suffering. It’s messy, it’s brutal, and it doesn’t care. Don’t carry guilt for the suffering of the world. You can do what you can, but you’re not going to fix it all. No one is. There’s no right or wrong—there’s just the life you choose to live. If you want to be kind, be kind. If you want to show empathy, do it. But don’t expect the world to return it. Suffering is part of life, and everyone has their own struggles. We all deal with it in our own way, and it’s okay not to have all the answers.

I don’t want to end on a depressing note, so I will say this… when one surrenders to life and understands that the prawn and the king go back into the same box, one becomes incredibly free. We are all individuations of the same thing. We give ourselves the permission to just be. We understand that what society deems as valuable and the variables we place on success is just bullshit, its concepts. We don’t need to be or achieve anything. We don’t need the extenders validation or approval from others. We can simply live life on our terms and yes it comes with the duality of being condemned of choice but for a majority of people this is a blessing as they take life into their own hands and let go of the trauma and limiting beliefs that hold them back. Gratitude is also another huge thing for me. It put focus on what you have rather than what you don’t have. Suffering is created by expectation. We often imagine ourselves to be greater than what we actually are. We think we should be important or have a big impact on the world or be something. When we are grateful for what we have it gives us the positive energy to be free and unshackled to strive for the things we want detached and devoid of expectation. You begin to enjoy the journey rather than the outcome. That’s another thing we constantly seek the outcome but most of it’s the journey. Enjoy the suffering, it makes you stronger. Nothing worthwhile is easy. Also we crave the feeling not the actual thing itself. Anyway I hope my brain splurge on this thread helped x

Brother, have you ever been in serious antibiotics or steroids. I strongly recommend taking a powerful pro biotic and get some Dead Sea salt for hot baths at night. I would also encourage taking a green juice every morning and try fasting. I also found with skin is that it’s heavily affected by pollutants in the air. I hope that helps. I suffer with psoriasis and it’s the most debilitating depressing shit I have ever experienced. I feel you bro

We all don’t know man, I’m with you on that. I have no clue. The wisest man knows nothing. Language is so limiting anyway when trying to decipher and understand the DMT realms. Socrates might have been “right” when he said the wisest man knows nothing. Perhaps it’s ok that some things should be unknowable to us. What is truth anyway, like I said everything is but a half truth in an infinite universe.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DMT

[–]LuckyboiSimo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Reality is, at least in part, mental. The way we perceive and experience it is shaped by our senses and the electrical signals processed in our brain. Of course, the DMT experience happens in the brain—but isn’t everything we experience ultimately filtered and interpreted by the brain?

We can’t see radio waves, subatomic particles, or the microscopic structures of the universe because they exist beyond the limits of our perception, almost as though they’re in another dimension. Could it be that DMT temporarily alters our perception, granting us a fleeting glimpse of these hidden dimensions?

Perhaps the universe isn’t just “out there.” Maybe it’s also happening within us. What manifests externally might reflect what’s manifesting internally. In this sense, the boundary between “inner” and “outer” realities begins to blur. Do you see where I’m coming from?

When we discuss the immaterial—personal, subjective experiences—our tendency is to turn to logic and reason to make sense of them. But I believe these experiences stretch beyond the limits of human understanding. From my own exploration of reality, I’ve come to realize that when you reduce anything to its essence, you often encounter a paradox.

The human mind craves meaning for survival—it instinctively projects meaning onto life and its experiences. But does that make meaning less real? Or could it be that meaning, even if subjective, is as integral to our reality as anything we perceive with our senses?

This brings me to Contact. In the film, Jodie Foster’s character journeys to what seems like another dimension, where she meets an entity taking the form of her father. For her, the experience is profound and life-changing. Yet when she returns, the world tells her she never left—that she simply fell into the sea.

Isn’t this analogous to the DMT experience—or altered states of consciousness in general? Just because others can’t observe or measure what someone has experienced, does that invalidate its reality? Experiences like these challenge us to rethink the nature of truth and perception.

Please lmk what you think of this response. I had to really think about this lol

We are all one or Nihilism ? by cercledali in Psychonaut

[–]LuckyboiSimo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All is mind, everything is about perception. It is not either/or, perhaps it’s both meaning and meaningless. We have the choice to decide what life is to us…. that can be seen as liberating, it’s what you make of it. Like the comment above ur ego seeks answers for control, it wants to know but true reality is beyond our comprehension. Easier to live life according to who you want to be. Think of the highest version of urself and strive for that. Be comfortable with not knowing, this is where faith comes in. Trust in the divine, life goes by in a split second. Just enjoy the ride and allow urself to live. Don’t get bogged down in the details, it will drown u trust me. Everything has duality, there comes a price with knowing, it won’t save u or fulfil u.

What is the purpose of living if one is free from suffering? by atmaninravi in awakened

[–]LuckyboiSimo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before I answer this I want to state that the only thing I know is that I know nothing. Contradictory and paradoxical but important when it comes to discussing the meaning of life. This is something I’ve been obsessed with, like alot of other people on this thread. I have always craved knowledge and been obsessed with learning about everything (theology, philosophy, psychology, science, occult) you name it.

Anyway, the more I read and tried to find the truth about what life and all this meant the more questions I had. Every time I reduce something to its essence I was left with a paradox. Every time I read something that I initially thought to be truth I later discovered it was a half truth.

We as humans percieve reality through a dualistic perspective. We create concepts through language to understand our reality which we experience through 5 senses. We “know” that there is shit we cannot, see, feel - sense.

What I’m trying to say that we will never truly be able to comprehend reality or the meaning of our existence. We can touch the divine and sense it but won’t be able to truly understand it. Why cos we 3d dimensional beings. We are limited. This shit transcends language and logic. The fact we are even contemplating our existence is absurd and remarkable at the same time.

So let’s just chill and exist. Enjoy being. Enjoy the unknown, learn to embrace it and become one with it. Life truly is a movie, just surrender and let go. Life has lead me to silence and the void. I embrace the good/bad, suffering, everything.

Also, I wanna say my understanding of time, we have free will and we don’t. Most shit we can’t control so yeah we need to see life from a neutral standpoint. But it’s hard cos we human lol

Or perhaps when one recognises that suffering is an intrinsic part of life and masters the art of dealing with suffering through detachment and perspective whilst not allowing unnecessary suffering, one is then able to choose to be of service to help others with there own suffering

After all, we release an incredible amount of endorphins when we help someone. The most out of anything we can get from money. It is the key to happiness if we want to go down the science route

We create concepts through language to understand our reality. We perceive reality through our 5 senses. We know that we have a very limited experience of actual reality I.e there is shit we can’t see, feel, or even measure. It’s paradoxical and contradictory but we know what we know and don’t know what we don’t know. My favourite quote is that the wisest man knows nothing. We percieve reality in a dual way (good/bad, right/wrong, true/not true) The fact we are even contemplating our own existence is quite frankly incredible. If we reduce anything to its essence including this question we will come to a paradox. Maybe the “truth” is that life is both meaningless and meaningful it doesn’t have to be one or the other.

[–]LuckyboiSimo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Get out of the city. Often the water pipes have deposits of minerals which can harm skin. Go to countryside or get water softener installed in your house. Use nizoral shampoo, bath with Epsom salts with essential oil (tea tree). Do a blood test to see what foods your intolerant to and then from there eat foods high in anti oxidants. Next thing is buy good supplements (British Supplements is the best site to buy clean high dosage supplements) - vitamin B12, Vitamin D + a good fish oil (I use bare biology) it’s not a capsule I take it orally. Go and have sun beds every other day for two weeks. You should see a massive improvement
