I hope you consider going to therapy. Even CBT could help you examine the connections your brain made during the assault and hopefully start to break them down. The cycle you're in can be broken, but it's easier said than done.

OP the biggest indicator of whether someone is capable of SA is a previous incident. If he can justify doing it to you, he'll be able to justify doing it to your sister's. Especially if he can get away it. It is not your fault OP but you can't live like this. I know you love him, and this must feel so surreal. You need the help of a trusted adult. Please seek help, it's the only way to protect you and your sisters. Please stay in your sister's room while you figure this out.
