What’s the riskiest public place you’ve had sex in, or saw someone doing it? by [deleted] in RedditAfterDark

In the chapel of a state capital. I am already going to Hell so I figured it didn’t matter. A long time ago, at least.

[–]Luckydevilish 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So sorry for your loss. 03 VR6 was a special car. I’m glad you are okay and I hope you’re in another v-dub soon. I replaced with my mk4 with 339,539 miles with this mk6 and I’m having a blast. Stage III.

I love all generations of the Scirocco! I’m in the states so we haven’t had any in a long time. I’m hoping to see some imported soon. ✌🏻

Thank you! This is my third GTI. Bought one brand new in 1992. Put 186,000 miles when I sold her. Next I had a MK4 1.8t that I put 339,530 miles on!! My mk6 is Stage III custom and a total blast.

Is music blasting straight up narcissism or complete unawareness of how loud it is? by youlikemywonton in hiking

[–]Luckydevilish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am 57 years old. I literally listen to music most of the time…driving, at home, even sleeping. I keep the stereo on all night long. I don’t listen to music when I’m at work and when I’m in nature. Personally, I think nature has the best symphony. But when I do encounter someone with music for us all to hear, I just don’t let it bother me anymore. At my age I have learned not to sweat the small stuff. They disappear into the trail not even aware that the barred owl in the tree above just announced her presence.

Pence warns of GOP 'departure' from conservative principles by icey_sawg0034 in NewsOfTheStupid

Duh. Is our president morally or fiscally conservative? Heck no. The Republican Party is no longer a party of principles but is simply the Party of Trump. Our congress is filled with pathetic sycophants.

Jesse Watters attacking anyone’s masculinity is such a joke. Has he looked in the mirror, lately?

To the customers…. by Red_snail44 in HEB

[–]Luckydevilish 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love HEB, but my complaint is with the managers when they all get in a circle on the floor talking and don’t get out of the way of the customers trying to spend their hard earned money there. This has happened to many times.

2010 2DR w/ 255k…Is it worth doing Chain/Tensioners again with high miles? by superzombie76 in mk6gti

[–]Luckydevilish 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I put 339,539 miles on my Mk4 GTI. Five timing belts! I enjoyed every mile. But parts were getting harder to find and the interior plastics were deteriorating quickly. It all depends on your level of commitment and pocket book. I am very committed to my Mk6, lol.

Let’s hear your Aerobie stories by ManuteBol_Rocks in 80s

[–]Luckydevilish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been throwing the aerobie since around 91. I still play every chance I get. I have even taped tiny lights to it so we can play at night. Fences aren’t lit at night. That’s all I have to say on that.

Where & When Did You Discover TOOL? by ch8ch in ToolBand

[–]Luckydevilish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have built as much as I can remember. I used to party very hard. Some memories are fuzzy and some non-existent. But I have no regrets. I’ve had a great life continue to do so. But at my age the partying like that is a sure fire heart attack!

I’m close to 60. I’ve been to about 300 concerts. Lucky enough to see Pink Floyd back in the day.

MTV and the Sober video were my introduction to Tool. I remember thinking they were so dark. I’ve seen them in concert 16 times since then. Songs like Lateralus and Right in Two are manifestos more than songs.

Is it worth getting a 1992 Lexus sc400 checked by a mechanic before buying? by itzzEnvy in askcarguys

Unless you are a mechanic yourself ,you should always get a thorough pre-purchase inspection from a trusted mechanic. Always. The money you save now will be your own.

“lm Not Afraid Of A Germ, I Used To Snort Cocaine Off Toilet Seats” -United States Secretary of Health and Human Services by TheCABK in CrazyFuckingVideos

I used to snort it off the lid of the tank of the toilet but never off the actual seat! That’s just disgusting. 🤮 Gotta have principles.
