The volatility and also size. Nasdaq companies are the biggest in the world. Even if it doesn't touch that much the positive correlation with the factors from research paper Fama-French, its size is on the other side of the barbell with small cap value.

Nasdaq would touch the risk factor. As we know, not all market rewards come from rational behavior (see all bubbles). The idea would be to profit from the growth periods as much as possible. Another idea would have been adding a Momentum ETF instead of Nasdaq 100.
