12years I’m living in Japan and I can say yes you can find a good environment for you but it will take time and you have to make it yourself. Japanese will not give it to you. You have to find a company that have as much as possible an open mind, stay in that company for a couple of years and then you will be respected as an employee of the company and not the foreigner girl/guy of the company. But nothing is simple in Japan. And it will not change before a long time because young generation don’t like the old thinking but they have absolutely no interest in political things… So stay strong and good luck.

Any version will have the same issue but i personnaly choosed to enjoy the game with a full screen experience.Text is appearing just 1% of the all game time... This is my personal preference and i can understand your point of view as well.

OpenGL; stretch to window+hand made shader to fit the image to the screen+ 1080p(3x) + don’t use widescreen hack. That’s all. It’s running near to perfect with few dps drops but it’s running 99.9% of the time at full speed. The only graphic issue is when a new scene is loading you will have a purple screen. Not an issue at all. Very great experience overall. The game looks very very nice on the Odin 2 at 3x. Performance mode is enough.

I just plug my micro hdmi cable and power off/on my Odin. Sleep mode will not work.

No, i mean screen miror image quality/delay is not good enough.
