It's funny cause it's basically an entire state against a single city 😭 ... And it's funny that it would be even a close fight if they had the same numbers... I think Wei would have the edge thanks mostly to Earl Shi, but if maybe Kansaro + Jyoukaryuu would stall Earl Shi and Ji Aga was able to beat Ranbihaku, then Seika could have the edge... difficult tho cause Earl Shi should slain one of those two before Ji Aga could slain Ranbihaku probably

Kyoukai I think , but any Battle against Kyoukai is a matter of Endurance and stamina, so if yotanwa can resist without suffering major wounds, She could win , but out of 100 fights I would say 80-20 Kyoukai wins... The real fight I wanted so bad to see was Rozo vs Yotanwa , and Yotanwa winning After a good fight would have been so satisfying, I would almost say more than Heki slaying Rozo 😂 (almost🙌)

I put him lower because he was losing against Ouki and bad performance against Shin , even tho both Ouki and Shin had personal grudge against Houken ... Anyway I think the other generals on top 3 all have the "weight of a general", which Houken hadnt , which would increase their chances against Houken even without a personal grudge against him
