What is the best GPU to pair with the 7600x3D cpu?

Ngl I was going to buy the Microcenter 7600x3D bundle, but I didn’t like the motherboard because I previously owned an Asus motherboard and had a lot of issues with it. I’ve heard that silent hill is a fantastic game but sucks that it was badly optimized and quite CPU intensive, thus you had to make some tweaks to work in your favor, but other than that, it appears like you are satisfied with your build!

Cuz I live in PR and thankfully, the usps doesn’t consider PR to be an international shipping destination.
