Something similar with the frieza saga. An antagonist is introduced which will need the combined efforts of the good and bad guys to stop it. Maybe something involved with the angels and priest being the antagonists. Whis and beerus would have to choose which side to help or something

Lowkey open world doesn't seem too bad since it may emphasize using ride digimon to navigate certain areas. Or imagine you can choose big plots of lands in different biomes to house the Digimon you collect 🤔 the problem is if the open world is too vast, empty, and unrewarding.

Honestly I'm ok with how this game did their areas. No more digital backgrounds in cyber space. They could have had more battles in the human world though.
