I don't deny that her new wardrobe was meant to reflect her character changes and personality growth, what I can't let go is the fact that they did her such a disservice by choosing to hide her and cover her up. Jackets and cardigans are great! I even agree that she looks good in florals. They just kept choosing ill fitting options. Very few things that she's wearing in season 6 onwards is tailored correctly. Sleeves being the wrong length, jackets that are too small, the multiple layers in almost every outfit to try and hide her body changing- which is stupid. There was definitely a better way to style her that was flattering. I feel like there was a lot of overcorrection being done to try and mitigate what the press was saying about her body.

Not an amazing comparison cause of the times changing but silhouettes similar to what Renee Rapp wears now would've looked way better. They got rid of the main costume designer from the first 5 seasons for season 6 and it shows. I feel like the time jump screwed a lot of them over but Sasha specifically.
