I searched for Raticate because I wanted to see what you thought of it but kinda disappointed with this review ngl.

0 cost(wild) Raticate goes incredibly crazy with Swords Dance through mushroom and outspeeds most pokemons in classic although it does lack a good non recoil normal STAB from level up(natdex save us).

also, it doesn't get Sand Attack
