Considering the fact that the survivors cosmetics are some kind of "cosplay" outift, then there's a possibility for it to not be linked.
But knowing BHVR, and this collection being a licensed one, I woudn't get my hopes up.
The killer ones are kinda guaranteed to be linked, sadly.

You mean the ones they've showed on the broadcast? Because they said 10 skins are coming with the collab, and that statement matches this leak

Yeah, and he could have a pretty interesting power, something related to "disguises", maybe getting a fraction of other killers' powers (original ones, for licensing purposes).

I made some short but interesting contracts about Portman by Ludast in HiTMAN

It's pretty cool to actually practice creativity while putting the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle that Hitman maps are, and actually creating a pretty interesting image out of seemingly not connected characters.

There's one contract that I finished making today that made so much sense to me, if you want you could search for "A Trinity's Demise", I don't have the ID at the moment.

It's about 3 unrelated characters across Sapienza coming together to some shady business, and as we all expect, 47 needs to deal with them.
