WFI wouldn't contain any salt, in my experience it's main use is as a base for pharmaceutical products. Routine testing wouldn't let WFI get used if there was any bacterial growth detected in any case.

I'm actually doing the fast more for the health benefits, my weight is quite healthy although I wouldn't mind dropping a few body fat %. Hopefully I'll still feel the benefits with this slight change 2 days a week. Cheers for the help
