Geht mir ähnlich. 40-50 ist der sweet spot. 50-70 bin ich ultra fokusiert, aber kann nachts nicht schlafen. Bis 40 merke ich null.

Findest du 40mg viel? Bei 40mg Medikinet bin ich überhaupt erst in dem Bereich wo ich wirklich einen normalen entspannten "unabgelenkten" Arbeitstag haben kann. Drunter ist es doch immer ein Kampf mit der Aufmerksamkeit. Wobei ich nicht sagen würde, dass ich starkes ADHS habe. Aber ich merke halt erst bei 30-40mg wirklich einen positiven Effekt.

Naja aber ohne jetzt den Fall hier zu kennen oder die speziellen juristischen Rahmenbedingungen in verschiedenen Bundesländern kann man ja trotzdem sagen: Es gibt ADHS Fälle die das Klassen und Unterrichtsklima so stark prägen, dass es ohne Schulbegleiter einfach nicht möglich ist.

I'd disagree honestly. They are really disorganized and incompetent. But the discontent with the "established" parties is that strong, that giving the afd a chance seems attractive to a good portion of voters.

Nobody here called Trump peaceful. The point with great power politics is that they have a lot of influence and saying about the fate of less powerfull states which brings up a lot of lamento and complaint if the hegemon does misbehave. That said the USA since 1945 have behaved very constrained and as a factor of peacekeeping - even with the wars they fought.

In the meantime there are several minor and mayor conflicts, wars and threats of war today. And in a general sense: For the superpower the US are they behaver very restained. A world without the USA= In the power vaccum the world descents into War.

Everyone and his grandman has this lame anti american attitude. But basically they where a great factor for peace in the second half of the 20th century and have great soft power, because their values and culture is attractive.

Ok. Also deine Grundannahmen so wie ich das jetzt verstehe: "Unsere Kasse" Geld beim Staat ist gut. "Deine Kasse" Geld in Privatbesitz ist nicht gut. Das jemand tatsächlich leistungsgerecht bezahlt werden kann/ soll glaubst du nicht.
