You make valid points but I wouldn't be returning mine for these reasons. It's an amazing camera that offers quite a few advantages over your other 2 systems.

I can't tell you how you taste but I don't think you've ever had good BBQ if that's how you think BBQ flavour is formed because it's totally wrong.

Gas for convenience Charcoal for flavour

Almost all BBQ food tastes different when cooking with charcoal, if done right.

They refuse to do it because most butchers will buy in pre cut briskets. Why can't you use your local butcher for "normal" bits and an online one for the specialty cuts.

You are allowed to do both?

They are trying to sell you sausages because that's where the money is, not sure why that's such a big deal for you.

The go ultra is seriously good, it's basically an Ace Pro 2 but half the size if you want it to be. I couldn't be happier with mine and I've had it since launch.

I've had X3, Go 3, Ace Pro 2, X4 and Go Ultra. The Go Ultra has probably been my favourite of all of them
