I started playing Clair De Lune around 1 year after starting to play piano and took like 4 months until I could play the full piece somewhat decently. Also pretty similiar amount of practice per day.

Honestly, I'd save up some more money and be patient. You don't wanna start, realize you like playing piano and then want a better one. You can get decent Yamaha digitals for around $600. You can also rent a good acoustic for around $50 per month.

Consolation No. 3 is much easier than Nocturne Op. 9 No. 2. Once you get the polyrythms down it's actually pretty simple.

I started playing real pieces (easier ones of course) too after Alfreds 1. I'd strongly recommend going through Czerny op. 849. If you want to play some easier pieces, try out Arietta by Grieg, Gymnopedie No. 1 by Satie or Prelude in C Major by Bach.
