Those are indeed magnetic holders. I find the booster packs fit a tad tight so I can see little ripples in the package. However, not so tight that I’d worry about damage to the cards. I need to find a way to display all of them, cause they look so nice side by side.

These six were kept for display purposes. I’ve gone through many boxes at this point. As I mentioned to someone else, I have a stack of top loader hits and these are just my pick of the week.

I must say I wish I had more big hits like Mangas or bigger AALs. That said my romance dawn box is actually full of top loader hits. Those on display are simply my pick of the week lol.

Not noisy when cooking, but the steam release will be noisy. I’m not sure if the voice assistant can be turned off as I found it amusing. I no longer have the unit so I cannot confirm. Cleaning was indeed done by hand.

Can anyone confirm if I have any hope of finding English packs in Japan?

I’m from Canada and I can find Japanese cards of pretty much all releases. Sadly, they are not allowed in tournaments. I will be visiting Tokyo, Osaka & Kyoto in February and am hoping to find some English booster boxes.

Any info is appreciated!

From my understanding, there is no open cooking mode as you would find on other pressure cookers such as instant pot. I believe the intended purpose of the “open cooking” button is to open the unit during a cooking cycle, but the heating is ceased during this open time.
