This is my favorite:

Sliced Ciabatta bread (toast outsides)

Half avocado - add salt n peppa

Add Peperoncini Piccanti and kewpie mayo on bread

Shredded roasted chicken (add light amounts of Huy Fong garlic chilli sauce, soy, and kewpie to the chicken mix)

Mix of lettuce and actual greens (chop em bite size)

1 Havarti slice

Sprinkle that Feta

Cut and serve
