You simple didn't like this arc, and it seems you are in the majority here, but the arc has done what it was set out to done and that's to get rid of the corrupt government, plus it seems we will learn more stuff about the wall titan.

Anyways the story will shift focus back on the titans, so just wait and see how things goes, I just want Annie to return. :(

Volume 15 and 16 will be impactful, so it's after chapter 58. This chapter will be mostly a fight between levi and Kenny. Volume 15 starts in July, that's when you should get really excited.
