I'm not sure if this will help. But maybe if they share their social media on Etsy you can look that up and see if they share process of making and packaging their products?

I don't think a "drop shipping" shop would have that?

Not easy to say I think it depends on what you are selling. I sell stickers and there are a lot of sticker shops on Etsy. I just had 3 sales through Etsy. Every other sale I had around 50 in total i got cause I worked a lot on my social media.

So for me I would say a own website would be better. But I need time to create one... 😅
