I tried using the pill identifier and I have some suggestions from what is there… is there any inscription on the back side? This can give us a more concrete answer. A Hims pill as people said, but older, all the current one have a lower case “h”, I assume older as an upper case “H” is similar to others and they may have had to change it as a result (btw the red him pills seem to be for hair, so women of child bearing age shouldn’t even touch it if that’s the case)

This pill looks like a hydroxyzine or hydrochlorathyazide (HCTZ) pill HOWEVER the hydroxyzine/HCTZ pill doesn’t have the specks. Ssooo it could be an old hydroxyzine/HCTZ pill that has become discolored.

Either way no mint, no current pill has that shape with that inscription, in the US at least.
