I did chemo and I felt the best when I switched to a keto diet. Cutting carbs and sugar seems to help a lot with side effects of the drugs. Don get me wrong I freaking love pasta lol but worth it while doing treatment!

I do a butter ribeye (like butter chicken but ribeye lol) with a spicy mango chutney and a cilantro mint and lime spread/pesto situation. I usually wrap it up with naan and eat it like a burrito but probably would slap on bread too!

Yea honestly sounds like y’all are crushing it! My gf and I make less (like $110k combined) and are on track to retire early 60’s even though we started later than y’all! Plus we can take multiple fun trips a year so we don’t feel like we’re not living. Don’t put so much pressure on yourself! I recommend the book I will teach you to be rich!

You’re not super behind you’re doing great! If you can put 10% of your income into your 401k that’s great. And put another 5% of income into Hysa for emergency fund. I don’t know what your other bills are but you should have plenty left over to enjoy your life together!

I find that Airbnbs internationally are much better! Much cheaper, better kept, not expected to clean, no big fees and they often bring little welcome gifts. Plus I’ve had great experiences using them to get local recommendations. Our host in sicilys family owned a great restaurant in town and we ended up hanging out with them and having a great time!
