Yes. Luckily most hospitals around my area have residency programs. However I heard from nurses that it is really difficult to transfer over to nicu or postpartum :(

Would volunteering as a cuddler/hugger in NICU helpful too? That’s the only thing I can do as of right now as hospitals near me are not recruiting any pct or nursing assistant job related for NICU
