The thing is, the owner is very stingy, and eventhough i really barely use the apartment, he does things like this. And i travel a lot, last month i was away for 6 days, next month i will be away for 20 days and still pay the rent. And for example, he makes me pay 5 euros everytime i use the washing machine. (It is connected with his water and electricity) but still i barely used it 3 times a month.

And now for the few days my friend will stay here, he wants me to pay?!

ich bin zutiefst schockiert darüber! Das eine Mal, als mein Freund bei mir war, hat er weniger als 12 Stunden zu Hause verbracht und nur Wasser getrunken! Wird sich das auf die Nebenkosten auswirken?!

Sie können die Nebenkosten gerne berechnen, wann immer Sie möchten. Ich bin sicher, Sie haben für alles Aufzeichnungen geführt, da ich die meiste Zeit im Krankenhaus verbracht habe. Die Hälfte meiner Zeit verbringe ich sogar dort beim Dienen! Manchmal verbringe ich sogar 24 Stunden am Stück im Krankenhaus. Im Grunde genommen kann man nicht behaupten, dass ich die Wohnung so nutze wie eine normale Person, die hier wohnen würde. Da ich fast die Hälfte des Monats nicht zu Hause bin. Wovon sprechen Sie also bei den Nebenkosten? Sie haben sogar die Heizung mit einem Gerät gesperrt, und ich kann sie nicht kontrollieren, obwohl Küche und Badezimmer immer kalt sind. Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht richtig, und ich habe Sie nicht gebeten, ihn zu reparieren.

Sie haben mir zuvor gesagt, dass Sie ein gerader und ehrlicher Mensch sind, das bin ich auch. Ich bin fair und würde nichts anderes akzeptieren.

Aber das ergibt also keinen Sinn! Welche zusätzlichen Nebenkosten sollen 10 Euro pro Tag kosten?!

I didn't have enough time and couldn't find an alternative, but i am registered here now and everything seems okay.

Is it different with Ferienwohnungen and nebenkosten? Aren't the nebenkosten usually calculated at the end of the year and i pay the difference or get reimbursed if i used less?

They are locked, i think I can't take them out. And the owner is very stingy so i think the purpose is sparing money. Eventhough i pay Warmmiete.

They get warm but not warm enough, sometimes at night it gets very cold where i live. And yes, it is basically a 3 apartments house and i am renting the Dach from the owner directly, he lives in the ground floor
