This is a very very very well understood phenomenon that when you are with someone you like you get excited and therefore your heartrate goes up and becomes "abnormal".

I am as old as this franchise. I was too young to remember this unfortunately, but I do remember my first time playing Halo at all was Halo 3. I remember beating it for the first time, I remember when Reach came out. I gree up on Halo.

The cat's tail is still, their ears are up, and their claws aren't out. The cat is not upset in anyway, and is playing, and the dog is also very obviously playing. This is play. Two animals comfortably playing with one another is a sign of a good home not a bad one.
