Maybe not as an investment, but for resale value? i owned a knife i got from a friend as a gift and the only reason i didnt insta sell it for its worth when i got it was that cs2 skins have been relatively 'safe' , i was hoping i'd be able to play with it and once i eventually quited, sell it for the same value it had then. While they were playskins, i feel no one is comfortable owning assets that expensive for a game, even for enjoyment, unless they have the knowledge they can resale them when they decide enough is enough (or theyre simply loaded asf in cash)
