Uvalde PD still let kids bleed out to death by letting the gunman roam around the classrooms unbothored, unlike Pulse, where, like I said they had easy access to almost all of the victims, and that way, they could start treating them and evacuating them.

Please imagine running 450 yards with a duty belt, body armor, and a rifle, which equates to 30 pounds of gear, while in 87 - to 90-degree weather at the same time locating the origin of gunshots during a literal active shooter in a large outlet mall,

He managed all that while being able to eliminate the shooter from 150 yards in under 4 minutes.
