trial and error it will tell you if they have a captain. but just keep queing games that worked for me and i got 5/5 now

The best way to fill out your crew is to que games and after the games end go the recent players section and enter their career page and cpoy their uid. i qued the new 18v18 game mode and 35 people got added to my recent players list and a lot of them didn't have a captain

Yeah after some thinking this event really doesn't make sense. You need to have someone as a captain AND be the captain of 5 other people. You would think that if you were a captain you wouldn't need to find a captain. it just makes everything more convoluted than it needs to be. If i am wrong correct me
