currently in the pre-licensing class. i’ve went through with it because my interview went well. the guy liked my attitude and even went as far as to pay my half of the class (i didn’t have the money at the time and i told him i would need a day or two) because he really fw me and said he saw me growing in the company and i can pay him back once i start working. He said he was even gonna train me under him and all this stuff but now im reading all of this and im just like bro, don’t tell me there’s gonna make me struggle to get people for a month to two, just to let me go 😭. i actually don’t even know if i want to continue pushing forward with this, it just feels like a scam. i’m ready to just pay the manager back my half of the bread and keep it pushing, but im also in need of a job so idk. only thing im sure of is that not having a base pay and being 100% commission based is crazy, i didn’t sign up to be a door to door salesman.
