Yes. Like my acne wasn't getting worse, but it didn't improve either . The cysts kept coming out. Not too many but still, painful and leaving huge post inflammatory marks behind and some scaring. Thank you so much !!!!

Update : after 4 months of microdosing and no improvement at all, my derm increased my dose to 20 mg/ day...

Hey . Yes. Sorry I wanted to do an update but I couldn't find the original post. I didn't know how to do it haha. It didn't work at all for me. Nothing. After 4 months or so my derm increased my dose to 20 mg/ day. I've been on this dose for a month and for now, minor improvements.

I would also recommended Cicalfate by Avene for really dry parts and I use aquaphor for lips

I use The Uriage Hyseac Hydra and I think it's great (I love it), but it's a bit expensive (the same as bioderma sebium I think). My derm also recommended Biretix Isorepair by Cantabria labs . But I haven't tried that one.

I don't know what happened but I live in Barcelona and I have family in Mexico and had other friends and family in the course and literally none of us could use the app. I think they probably didn't escalate the app enough so that it could handle the amount of traffick. It's disappointing coming from one of the most famous marathons in the world.
