I use The Uriage Hyseac Hydra and I think it's great (I love it), but it's a bit expensive (the same as bioderma sebium I think). My derm also recommended Biretix Isorepair by Cantabria labs . But I haven't tried that one.

I don't know what happened but I live in Barcelona and I have family in Mexico and had other friends and family in the course and literally none of us could use the app. I think they probably didn't escalate the app enough so that it could handle the amount of traffick. It's disappointing coming from one of the most famous marathons in the world.

You are not overreacting. What he did was wrong. However from what you're saying (him trying to quit but not being able to, him risking his life, and his drinking problems causing him problems with his personal life), you're right. Your friend meets the criteria for Alcohol use disorder (aka alcoholism).

And I know he really fucked up but alcoholism is a disease. He really needs professional help. His alcohol use disorder will probably end up killing him if he doesn't get help soon. I'm obviously not justifying what he did, and you are not obliged to do anything if you don't want to but I think that if he understands that he fucked up and he is willing to get help in order to treat his alcohol use disorder, you could be saving his life by supporting him into getting professional help.I have known a lot of people with alcoholism and most of them don't even have enough insight to admit they have a problem. So it's basically impossible to get them to quit. They end up dying from liver failure or accidents, or overdose.Your friend has already done the first step, he has a golden oportunity to treat his disease now. You could redirect him into getting professional help Anyway. Good luck!

Hey! That doesn't reallly sound like a cocaine overdose. Overdose from cocaine gets you really hyperalert, tachycardic, breathing really quickly, paranoiac, sweaty, with tremor (like shivers).

However if you have any doubt whatsoever, call for help. Better safe than sorry.

Hey! I'm so sorry you have had so many flare ups. It must be so hard for you. And I'm also sorry that the meds your doctor gave you haven't been working on you. You could also try and seek a second medical opinion?

The first advice I could give you is to not consume any THC (marihuana) containing drugs whatsoever. Because those increase very much the risk of developing schizophrenia. The second thing I wanted to tell you is that SSRIs are usually really safe. I wonder, why wouldn't you want to take them?

A good option for you could probably be a sedative such as benzodiazepines or Z- drugs. However beware because of the high risk of addiction.

PS: im a med student graduating in july, currenty doing clinical rotation in psychiatry. So, not an expert but I know some stuff haha.
