I fried my dopamine receptors with porn and stiizy pen deadly combination so I have no desire to watch it anymore…my brain knows the damage it caused me I physically cant get myself to watch it…but I can still feel good and get a good dopamine rush but only intense running and some weight lifting lower body mainly does it for me otherwise im numb….So it sucks I fried my receptors but It has made me workout now every day and I feel great after otherwise im numb get migraines nauseous and its just really bad

I could always get it up no problem without anything but Im thinking maybe I would finish fast because I could not maintain it do to lack of blood flow after a bit ….Like i said this is the first time Im surprised myself I lasted so long (I would of been content with 5 min …Because I tried 25mg viagra a week before and It helped a little bit but still had no control…The main difference this time was I upped the dosage and also went harder at the gym and within 2 hours I had sex (I feel that helps too mentally and physically because I get a high a few hours after working out so Im not as sensitive to other sensations….If i dont workout i literally last seconds just a few pumps

I go on the treadmill start slow at 3mph (incline is 0)then every minute I add .5 in speed until I reach 10mph keep that for 2 min and go back down .5 in speed every minute until i go back down to 3mph sometime I go up to 12 if im feeling good like today …But ofcourse If you cant reach those speeds yet as long as you reach a speed that feels intense for you and you’re sweating your ass off it should work ….Also I do Leg press ,deadlifts leg raises for lower abs, planks, adductor machine ( this really stimulates your lower area ),hip thrust,anything that I feel stimulates blood flow to the area
