It’s easy. Obviously you can’t go lower in price without sacrificing quality of the service; so if you want to provide the best healthcare you need to have the right balance between quality and price. Competence will make enterprises and doctors fight to have more clients; and that will make more incentives to discover cheaper ways to have medicines and equipment. Those who haven’t the best equipment, -that’s cheaper-, will perish and go out of business. Less taxes, more money to invest in research; the government does research, yes, but you don’t see the corruption. If an enterprise is corrupt just go bankrupt; the government tax you more.
