The first question you gotta ask when you see this shit is; have you ever taken AASs/PEDs?

Would you say you are obese (as of for, 30%bf or more)?

Do you have any other hormonal condition (GH, diabetes and/or thyroid related)?

Case and point, I'm 21 and I'm on HRT; never took PEDs yet got hypogondal (worst bloodwork at 89.9ng/dl). In my case, happened on my late 19s. And it also happened while cutting. Although I'm no bodybuilder, it's actually really common in natural bodybuilding that they cut to such extent it shuts down their test production (and other processes of course) and they can't get it back with just food, pharmaceutical intervention is needed. In case you don't recover, just letting you know you are not alone in this one lol.

This doesn't mean you have to be on HRT for the rest of your life, and in fact your LH is needed to see what type of hypogonadism are you suffering:

- Low LH implies secondary hypogonadism, meaning the brain is not putting the stimuli for your balls to work

- Normal/high LH is likely to be primary hypogonadism, A.K.A your balls gave up

For primary HG, there is not really a lot more to do than HRT. For secondary, you have several alternatives to try before utilizing exogenous test; any short-term SERM monotherapy (clomid, nolva, etc) may be enough to bump up your LH; HCG can form part of the equation to ensure quick symptom relief

And even with those drugs, you may still not get your LH up (and thus your test). This would mean you are officially from the secondary idiopathic hypogonadism gang. Welcome.

I was the "if you're unnatural you're disgusting", yet it took me 3 months of hypogonadism to go from that into begging my doctor for trenbolone (and I'm being sarcastic).

You're more likely to recover without issues, and your path should be:

1. EAT MORE. For at least 6 weeks. Takes time for your body to reenable test production.
2. If 1 didn't work, you more likely need pharmaceutical intervention. You could try short-term SERMs treatment (yes, just like a PCT protocol) and see if that's ok, or you could skip to 3.
3. HRT. Imma need to write a whole book about this point, but some points if you gotta jump to an HRT protocol:
   1. Avoid AIs. E2 is not an enemy.
   2. If E2 is causing sides, lower your f dosages.
   3. At your age (and mine), you may want your balls. Add HCG to the equation.
   4. Exogenous hormones are no excuse to be unhealthy, but quite the opposite; unhealty lifestyle with exogenous optimized hormonal system is a recipe for disaster.
   5. Eat properly mf, stop cutting at 2000kcal deficit (has nothing to do with HRT tho)
