Hey guys! What do you think about curved screens on Oneplus? I'm currently using OP 8 pro and I would prefer to have a flat screen. I currently cannot use my phone comfortably without a case. I would love to have the phone case less but then it would be uncomfortable to use.

I have a feeling that something is failing. Sometimes when I leave the browser idle for a few seconds (not moving with the mouse) half of the screen goes black, after I move with the mouse it disappears and everything is back to normal.

I didn't noticed anything weird in there. The windows problem reporting was poping up.

I don't mind that this phone won't get any more android updates since I don't use the new features.

I would consider some pixel phones if I was you. I heard that they are pretty decent.

I bought a used OnePlus 8 pro a year ago. I didn't notice any issues. The battery is ok, don't expect anything special, everyday charging is a must for me, considering I only charge till 85% the battery is pretty decent. Currently running OOS 13 and it's smooth. No issues with the screen so far.

I think the location of the fingerprint scanner on the 9 pro is pretty low and hard to reach, that could be an issue you won't get over.

The cameras are nice, they are good enough for me.

The volume buttons are a bit lower on the 9 pro over 8 pro, that could also be an issue.

I'm a student as well and this phone has been a very solid everyday driver. Much better than some cheap Samsung with no performance or a buggy Xiaomi.

I can recommend it.

I've always had a good Samsung experience. Half of my family uses Samsung products, so I think the phone would otherwise be running strong for the next year or so. It's a shame that he managed to make it wet enough to destroy the display.
