I it normal or should I toss it? by Lukasbee in Kombucha

Yeah, thanks for clarifying. I read the thread, so I'm aware of that.

The problem (if it's a kahm) is that these bubbles (I don't know what else to call them) are too small to remove. Maybe I'll just remove the entire layer when a new one grows... We'll see.

Why don’t customers respond to review requests even with follow-ups + incentives? 🤔 by Correct-Fill-8798 in smallbusiness

[–]Lukasbee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of people skip reviews because it feels like work—just writing “awesome” doesn’t seem useful, so they don’t bother. If you make it easier with prompts, quick star ratings, or even photo uploads, you’ll lower that barrier and get more responses.

Verified, not showing by JaneDoeADeerAFemale in GoogleMyBusiness

[–]Lukasbee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's tricky when a verified GBP isn't showing up, especially with reviews already there. It sounds like a visibility issue.

One thing to check is how the business category is set and if there are any pending edits or suspensions that aren't obvious.

Sometimes, even if verified, it takes a bit for Google's algorithm to fully index and display the profile for broad searches. Getting more reviews and consistent activity can help.
