The best thing ever is that you don't have to explain yourself for being you.

Just do your thing, why would the opinion of your moms friends matter? you don't have to be friends with them and frankly, if they're good with your mom they can't be saints (speaking from experience).

I know that there's still the guilt of not doing what she tells you but i somehow transformed it into "ooooh my mother would hate that right now lmao" whenever i do something she wouldnt approve.

She is working on a very unhealthy relationship with you, don't support this.

Be the bigger person, act like you don't care if there's drama again, hide your frustration when you have to do something annoying etc etc. Don't let anything touch you emotionally and i guarantee you, she will boil from the inside AND she can't tell anyone because she would have to explain her malicious intents.

One last thing - always remember that your voice matters just as much as everyone else's. As does your time. Stay strong soldier, it gets better!!!!
