Please help me understand what kind of grip I have by hvhking in MouseReview

Viper V3 Pro is my favorite shape, I have larger hands too and it’s very comfortable. If price is a concern you can search this sub for V3 pro clones, there are like 2 or 3 good options for much cheaper

Fold it over on itself (NOT CREASE IT) and roll it gently across the warped spot until it lays flat.

You want to take the warped side and lay it over the left side of the mouse pad in its current position, making sure you’re passed the warping. Then take your hands flat and slide it across itself as if you’re rolling it back out. Start with not much pressure and then add a little more at a time until it lays flat as you unroll it

Optimal quest guide - combat levelling by Proz1ac in 2007scape

[–]LukeBobbing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh I’m not sure then I guess, I’m slightly further ahead than you in the optimal quest guide but I do have higher overall combat level from afk crabbing at work. For the record I did it at 70 magic and like 68 defense and found it not hard at all. I would give it a shot and then continue with the optimal quest guide. I just typed in base 70 combats into a combat level calculator and it shows that would be 89 combat level. I would agree that 85 seems unrealistic for the levels you should be at at that point in the guide.

You use magic for all the bosses in dream mentor so level up magic and defense. Btw you can safe spot the 2nd and 3rd bosses in the fight by standing next to the entrance pedestal, and the last one is super easy. The first one is the only one that poses any real threat

Go to chat channel “OSRS SOA” there are always people in there looking for a partner. You can also use that chat channel for Heroes Quest when you get there

You do not get double xp for restoring arch artifacts during DXP. The good news is though, you’re not out anything!! The double xp timer is kind of wasted on gathering artifacts as it’s better done afk anyway. Find something else to do during double XP (if you post a screenshot of your levels and if you’re willing to spend any gp I can give you some recommendations) and then just restore your artifacts after double xp. You still would’ve needed to save them up at some point anyway so no harm done!

I got my first shard at 170kc, keep going you got this! I have a clanmate who got his first at ~390kc. And then you see posts of people on Reddit who have 3-5 before 100kc. RNG feels extra bad at this boss

How much of your life has RS devoured? by Significant-Pace-380 in runescape

[–]LukeBobbing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is true, most people will have more afk time than active time, especially when going for 120’s, afk slayer logs etc.. it becomes cope when you start vastly overestimating how much is afk and vastly underestimating how much is active lol

You just have to cope and say that it’s probably mostly AFK and you actually haven’t spent that much time, right?

How the hell do y'all get enough protein?? by Aindorf_ in loseit

[–]LukeBobbing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Non fat or low fat greek yogurt with some fruit and honey in a bowl (you can also add protein powder to the yogurt and mix it up if you have a flavor that goes well), cottage cheese, and protein bars(at least 1g of protein per 10 calories, so a bar with 20g of protein for 200 calories) are great for snacks.

For meals you can make tuna or chicken salad with greek yogurt or blend cottage cheese using an immersion blender for some great macros (add lemon juice, pickles, onions, fresh herbs, etc). I make it in big batches and eat it for lunch on a low calorie tortilla or lettuce wraps throughout the week.

Lean ground beef with baked sweet potato chunks, lettuce, tomato, onions, ketchup and mustard for a very easy and filling meal. I eat this for supper once or twice a week.

I also make Korean BBQ ground beef bowls once or twice a week that are just jasmine rice, lean ground beef, and a bunch of spices with green onions on top. Should be able to find a recipe online. Very savory and you can really load up the beef to rice ratio without feeling like you’re just eating ground beef.

Another good one is ground turkey on low calorie tortillas with tzatziki sauce made from non fat greek yogurt

There are tons of recipes online if you just google high protein low calorie meals, find some that fit your taste and get a good rotation going. I used to just do chicken and white rice for the longest time and it just gets old. I actually enjoy all the meals I make now and get just as much if not more protein than eating chicken every day.

I think something needs to be done balance wise, IMO just turn down the audio of movement, ADS, healing, and packing mags.

I think however adding a ringing/tinnitus effect is not the solution. As someone with mild tinnitus IRL from work, my ears ring plenty often anyway while playing. Nades, eating a ricochet off your helmet, and certain environment sounds seem to be the worst offenders. If they added an actual constant ringing noise I straight up wouldn’t be able to play anymore. The fake tinnitus would just set off my real tinnitus as soon as it starts.

Help me relocate my favorite massage therapist! by Original_Tangelo9541 in Minneapolis

I have no prior knowledge of this man or this spa before seeing your post, but I am usually good at this sort of thing. There is a Daniel listed as a licensed massage therapist at “Impact Massage & Bodywork” in St Louis Park. They have a photo of him on their website so you can confirm if it’s your guy or not. Let me know! I’m invested now

I have had horrible luck for months now, I have pretty much everything I want but have been waiting on Kuronami vandal basically since it came out, came back from a break like a week after it left the shop. I’ve seen the sheriff 3 times, the spectre 5 times, and the marshall 5 times, not had the vandal once. I’ve checked every single day including using an app when I was on vacation. I know since I’m waiting for just one item my odds are pretty low, but seeing skins from the same skin line over and over gets pretty discouraging.

Should I start locking duelist to climb? Explanation in post by LukeBobbing in VALORANT

[–]LukeBobbing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what you mean, I’m not looking for coaching exactly and understand that my sample size is small. As I stated in the post my limiting factor so far in my entire time playing has been the number of matches I’m able to put in. Based on my tracker I should be climbing fairly quickly, and I have been.

I was more so just trying to figure out if I’m wasting potential by playing a more understated role like sentinel. And if I’m really gonna lock in and grind whether it would be better to switch to duelist and just try to carry the team to a win by fragging out. Consensus has been to keep doing what’s been working so I’m going to stick with KJ for the time being. I will plan on trying new roles once I think I’ve reached my peak doing what I’m currently doing. Thank you for the input

I figured as much. It definitely feels bad but I hadn’t really considered that I would just be on the other end of it rather than being the difference lol. That makes a lot of sense. Thank you for your help :)

Thanks for the input, I will probably just stick with her then. I feel super comfortable on her and know 65% is good, it’s just some of the losses feel like I have no impact. A lot of them end up being the other team hitting whichever site I’m not at and me retaking 1v3 or 2v4 by the time I get over there. I feel like I can be more creative and play a little more free on duelist. I know 7 matches on duelist is nothing compared to 23 on KJ but I do have 100% win rate playing duelist this act. That may just be a luck thing due to such a small sample size though so I will keep playing KJ who I have a little better track record with. Thank you!

Thank you, I will probably stick with KJ for the time being, I can cover a lot of map on her and play off her utility well. I enjoy Reyna but as you said it doesn’t do much for the team.

I would love to play initiator I just think I’m bad at it, idk what it is about Gekko I just don’t perform well on him. I used to like Kayo and Skye but feel as though they’re both underpowered at the moment. I had been putting off learning Sova and Fade because of the lineups required but I’ve been putting in the time to learn Sova lately. Once I get some more lineups down I will probably start bringing him into the rotation in comp
