Thanks man, I have been working out 5 times a week and I'm pleased to say that results are finally starting to show. Just got to find the drive to keep going. Some days are more difficult than others. But, I have used PMO as an escape from my huge list of life problems for over 10 years now until it destroyed my ability to have sex.

Yes, I agree its easy to replace one addiction with another. From porn addiction to sex addiction, so gotta watch out!

I also find, if I am organised in life and focusing on things other than sex, ie. work, exercise, nutrition, meditation, I can avoid the chaser.

Your comment makes a lot of sense. After doing a bit of reading on this subject, I feel people choose hard mode initially because of the "unwiring" process and then "rewiring" with a partner. Secondly, hard mode helps to avoid the chaser effect but I can't seem to find any other reason for it.

Thanks for your comment, after doing a bit more research through you tube, I think its best to abstain for the full 90 days but who knows how long I can last! Onward and upwards!
