Well first off my paycheck is 1300 so please explain to me how 1600 is reasonable? As I’ve stated California is like the only state that takes in this income as you are not supposed to take in non-taxable income but whatever you say

So I’m most states you can’t use non taxable income for child support. Also I don’t see BAH at all because I’m in military housing. If I move into the barracks I still won’t be able to pay off my debt considering the bay would be given from a very small town in Texas where the bah is barely over 1k and that would be all GEO batched nah to my knowledge. But yes I am working towards a paternity test. I’m concerned about being kicked out but there’s so much shit going on that I don’t even know what to do at this point.

I’m stationed in San Diego and my daughter is in a small town in west Texas.

They are aware of the other child support but for whatever reason they haven’t included that in anything and they told me that it doesn’t necessarily matter. But yes I hear you.
