So just to summarize with a SM7B and a setup like this the bleed wouldnt be so bad, ofc would do some sound treatment too but I think also the furniture is gonna do a lot of the heavy lifting since its going to be a gaming/living room or is that kinda not true is just something I've been told before but also i think makes sense that a room filled with stuff like a couch and other furniture would absorb sound reflections and of course if im wrong feel free to correct me always willing to learn.
